Bath House.
This house is the common bathroom. It’s a clean, simple and more contemporary space, with shower, sink, compost toilet and views into nature.

Bath House has a funny history. This was one building that wasn’t very nice. Most people would have torn it down and built a new building instead. The building was used mostly as a firewood shed, yet included a washing machine and an old provisional shower. It was full of stuff and a real mess. Saunders wanted to keep the building and liked the idea of having a clean and simple space as a bathroom, inspired by three visits to Japan over the period of his life. The funny part of the story is that this is one of the smaller buildings at Vassvika, yet took the longest time to finish, as it seems to take a lot more effort to make a simple building.
